Description

Louis C.K., Eric Stonestreet, and Kevin Hart lend their voice talents to this action/adventure comedy taking a hilarious look into the lives of Pets. Set in a Manhattan apartment building, pets gather to start their day as the two-legged residents head for work and school. The head hound is a quick-witted terrier rescue, whose position at the epicenter of his master's universe is suddenly threatened when she comes home with Duke, a sloppy mongrel with no polish. The two soon find themselves on the mean streets of New York, where they meet the adorable white bunny Snowball. It turns out that Snowball is the leader of an army of pets that were abandoned and are determined to get back at humanity and every owner-loving pet. The dogs must thwart this plot and make it back in time for dinner.

The trailer certainly only shows a small montage of clips from the film making it seem better than it unfortunately is. I was disappointed with it because the plot was not original nor exciting. We see the same thing in every Disney movie these days! They also didn't work on the relationship of the characters at all just saying that these guys are enemies that make friends which I found really annoying.

Loved the characters in this and a great use of music. Such a good concept and the humour works for kids and adults too. Voices excellent, Gidget is the best

The trailer shows the first few minutes of the film. The actual story is very different. Trailer is very misleading. Some bits are scary for under 5s and the story itself isn't great.

I don't understand why people have given this one star, i watched this film and laughed so much that i ended up with a sore throat. It was definately one of the best animated films i've seen since the first Ice Age movie. I recommend this to anyone who wants a have good laugh, i'm an adult and i loved it.

This is a kids film, right? Is this what we as a society think is ok to present to our children. There's such an incredible amount of violence in this film, passing on a general message that you have to fight and beat your way to get what you want. As for the general storyline, it really was awful. It was as if the writers made up each scene as they went along. I'm certain that there was no pre-defined story.
