Description

When documentary filmmaker Danny Hart (Henry Ian Cusick, TV’s Lost, Hitman) boards a train at Grand Central Station he has no reason to expect anything out of the ordinary. But a chance encounter with a mysterious young woman (Nicki Aycox, Jeepers Creepers 2) leads him on a journey of a very different sort. Within the blink of an eye his life of complacency is left behind for a world where the line between fiction and fantasy is blurred. When his life is suddenly turned upside-down, Danny finds himself a suspect to murder in the bizarre set of dangerous events which unravel. It’s up to one detective (Stephen Lang, Avatar, Conan the Barbarian) to determine if Danny is, in fact, guilty, or whether he has been telling the truth all along.

    This isn't the 2016 version! It's dreadful, a waste of 99p!
  • Absolute Rubbish

This film should never have been made. I lost a lot of money renting this movie. 99p was a bit excessive.

I watched this despite knowing it was not the 2016 version (different release date, actors and directors). It's pretty terrible but not entirely without merit. Can apple please have an IQ test before giving people appleIDs so people don't watch this thinking it is the 2016 versions and then write a review to highlight their stupidity.

A stinker. Vanity project from auteur with zero self-awareness. Borderline personality disorder, in fact, to inflict this on audiences. Reminds me of Transport for London’s very underwhelming Art On The Underground: pretentious, complacent and patronising.
  • Diabolical/wrong film

How can there be two films of the same name?! Having not seen the poster for the Emily Blunt film didn't think twice when I rented this. Disappointing and awful. And left feeling very stupid!
  • This is a con

I feel I've been duped into buying this film. The image looks like it from the 2016 film with the same name. It is NOT that film!! Apple I would like my money back please. How do I make a complaint. I think lawyers call it passing off.
  • Instead pay 99p not to see it

Boring beyond words, incomprehensible, slow, dark, even looking down the empty carriage of the night train we were on was more entertaining. It is not the film of the best seller book of the same name.
  • Apple Please Change the Release Date!

Wasted a whole 99p on this! False advertising with the date wrong, this is the 2013 version!
  • Don't buy it by mistake

The same name as a film that is actually worth watching. This one is not.
