Before she was Wonder Woman, she was Diana, princess of the Amazons, trained to be an unconquerable warrior. Raised on a sheltered island paradise, when an American pilot crashes on their shores and tells of a massive conflict raging in the outside world, Diana leaves her home, convinced she can stop the threat. Fighting alongside man in a war to end all wars, Diana will discover her full powers…and her true destiny.

The movie started quite well, I enjoyed the coming of age stuff, as the child actor was good. Soon as it switched to Gal Gadot, it became pretty terrible. Was she meant to be acting so hammy? I think I could have done a better job and I've got the acting skills of a teapot. The music was terrible and the story was dire. I called who the villain was straight away and I'm usually about as perceptive as a teapot! (I'm liking this teapot theme) As a girl, I loved the awesome female warriors in the Black Panther, so was set to think Wonder Woman was another strong female to add to the list. But she's not, Jessica Jones would kick her in the vajayjay. 2 and a half hours of my life wasted..... Snore

No idea why people rate this, one of the worst films I have ever seen.
  • A DC movie at last that can rival Marvel

What a terrific movie, it looks stunning with the beautiful island then the contrast of the dull grey western front. The story is so strong for a comic movie and the action is just fantastic to watch. The movie is one of those rare films that will entertain the whole family of all ages and you will not think twice about watching it again and again over the months and years

Not really into superhero movies but this is really enjoyable, good job can’t wait for the next instalment.

Considering DC's ability to make some truly awful movies, I wasn't expecting this to be as good as it was. It's fantastic. Gal Gadot is perfectly cast and she's so convincing in her role. Unmissable movie magic.
  • Enjoyed it But some mistakes

This film was good but there were some mistakes that bugged me like in the End scene how does Aries get to Germany into the a military compound and fights Wonder Woman. The story line was great though there is not much ability to make a squeal but the spin off of justice league looks highly good. The melancholic ending made one cry with sadness at the sight of Steve's death.

  • Best DC film since the Dark Knight Trilogy.

My gosh, I was not expecting this film to be good. I saw the trailer multiple times and was like, ugggg, not another crappy DCEU film that’s gonna rush so much in. But within the first 5 kind, I knew that this film was going to be special . I just don’t understand how the first three were not that good and then they pull this film out like nothing. Man of Steel was ok, but it could have had so much more. Wonder Woman is how DC movies should be. Great characters, great acting, great visuals and great storytelling. The directing and Gal Gatot were the icing on the cake. Yes we all know that the whole Aria thing and the plot twist was a bit off. But come on, that final battle was insane. How could anyone say it was a bad film. I have always been a marvel fan, but after seeing this film, who knows. I hope this is the beginning of a great line up of movies for DC. Sorry this wa so long, it’s just that it has been so long since a movie has surprised me so much. :)
