Raised a support request because the subtitles were missing from the film, so any Ape sequences with sign language were missing key bits of information. They gave me a refund.

Think of the most boring film you've ever seen...multiply it by ten and you have War for the Planet of the Apes. Seriously....don"t bother.

and that is not praise I am sorry to say... for me it just tried to hard to β€œsay” something and lost its way because of it. Not a bad film, just not a particularly good one give the genre it’s supposed occupy.

Not watched the film.... i’d quite like to, but sick of how Apple are pushing rental prices up and up..... nearly Β£6 now just to rent a film on an ipad for 2 days...... its disgusting how rental prices are pushing up to purchase prices..... films these days are often crap and easy to make on a computer. If they’re good, they will recuperate their fee and more even if you set the rental at Β£1 or Β£2 as everyone will watch it..... i just refuse to pay Β£5.50 for a single 1.5 hour film.....
