Beautiful visuals, arresting audio, haunting sound track and a plot that demands you pay attention and think. A rare treat these days.

Enjoyable sci fi. But not nearly as clear to follow as the original. To make this such a slave to it meant a loose story. However great atmosphere. Perhaps there will be more to follow up in another film. But clarity of character needed more. Get this right and the action follows. The script let this down.

Amazed I didn’t enjoy this film given the amazing reviews. I just can’t bare to watch these ‘stare off into the distance’ moody films that drag on for hours. Sound and visuals great. Story dull as dishwater.
  • If a roulette wheel spins in a forest, without a ball, does it make a sound?

Sadly the answer is yes. It makes the sound a of ball whizzing around. This one bad sound effect broke my immersion. I guess the good part of this is that I was immersed and enjoying the movie, overall it was pretty good. Pretty good that is for a movie that didn’t need making!

What happened to the dog 🐶? Is there a vague reference to Tears in the Rain ? The only connection to the original is Deckard and a few references to Rachel Lots of things missing me thinks Sorry 😐

I have not seen the original. I enjoyed this film; visually very pleasing, story line good and enough to keep you watching. Sufficiently techny for nerds. Good to watch.
