Must Get - BUT....
I wanted to rate this 5*. I haven't even seen this series yet. But, I have watched 1 and 2, and been told it gets better, so I'm writing in advance.
What concerns me is the cost. I have been willing to pay £29.99 for the first two series, but what justifies the £42 price tag on this series? When series 4 is back down at £32? I really can't see how this is acceptable, seen as you can get it in most shops for about £22 now. I will probably get the non-HD one now, which i don't want to do. Maybe it's upgradeable afterwards, but it seems pretty bad to me.
Look forward to the series none the less.
order of episodes are wrong!!
They messed up the order of the episodes!!, episode 16 "Left Behind" is ment to be episode 13 "The Man From Tallahassee".... all the titles and descriptions seem to be in order though, just seen the first 13 episodes so cant say about the rest. When you pay for something you expect it to be in the correct order!!!. p.s 5 star Show just annoyed iTunes messed up.....
Great series bought season 1 and 2. Convenient and great to watch back to back episodes however as most users find the price to high anyway found somewhere cheaper to download the same material legally so shan't be downloading them from Itunes anytime soon
Lovin' it !!!
Such an amazing program, but - bearing in mind I have only watched the first six episodes - the whole story seems to have lost its mystery somewhat. I found "The Others" (Or, "The Udders", according to Jin) to be seriously creepy, but now they just seem to be concentrating more on them rather than the survivors and they have lost their creepy-ness.
We shall see if it changes further into the series....
The info of the espisodes are mixed up between episode 13 and 16
By disappointed customer 2
very disappointingly, the info of the episodes between 13 and 17 were mixed up. The one labled 13 in the download should be 16. 14 should be 15. 15 should be 14. 16 should be 13. no matter how good is the tv series, this kind of basic mistakes from the download ruined the show. very disappointing.
Lost Sesason 3
By CSI Browne
One of the best seasons in Lost so far. We left Season 2 with Michael and Walt on the boat given to them by the others after he released Ben Linus from the capture of the survivors, so they could be rescued, leaving Jack, Kate, Hurley and Sawyer being held prisoner by the others with bags being put over their heads. Also Locke had stopped pushing the button and left the clock to run down to zero thinking that it would all be over, and the last words he said was, "I was wrong!", The island began to vibrate and the sky turned purple as the hatch imploded. And one of the last scenes we see is the hatch door with quarantine writen on the side falling not far from Claire and Aaron.
Now Season 3 begins and it had me on the edge of my seat all the way throught the season. This has some of the best episodes in the entire Lost world. We finally have the chance to see more of the others, with the focus being on Ben and Juliet, we get to see flashbacks of their past and how they ended up on the island. One of my favourite episodes being the season finale. If you are new to lost i wont give anything away, but it was huge. To keep it brief, Roles reverse, people die and instead of a flashback, we have a flashforward.
Lost will leave you asking millions of questions, but their is a website can can help ypu out. If you google LOSTPEDIA, you will find answers, but be warned there will be spoilers. Lost Season 3 was a really exciting season with loads of twists and turns in every episode. Definelty worth watching, but itunes need to work out their pricing. But it has been said many times so enough said.
Lost gets 10/10.
Great show but it needs to be cheeper. I've heard you can buy this cheeper in america. lower the prices and more poeple will buy.
Something for those of us addicted to our iTouch! But WHY SO EXPENSIVE? Itunes... 50 customers buying a £10 series makes you more money than one or two prepared to pay over £30.. Do the maths. Stop being so greedy!
Great series but come on Apple, wake up and smell the coffee. Lower your prices and watch your volume shoot up. You'll have happier customers and an increased revenue. Fire whoever is responsible for setting your price points and get someone who's more in touch with your target audience. I'm getting this series on DVD, at least there'll be resale value on ebay!
Cheaper from EasyCinema
By Keith Robertson
I hire my DVD's from Easy Cinema - £2 per disc. With 4 episodes on each disk thats 50p per episode - a bit cheaper than nearly £2 the Apple store is charging - and at DVD quality too!
